We are a state agency and the official custodian of records. We do not work with a third-party delivery service nor do we mail hardcopies of transcripts as our office is working remotely. If you have any questions, please email Questions@dhe.state.co.us.
We do not maintain any high school records. To obtain high school records, contact your high school or local school district where the high school was located.
DPOS retrieves student transcripts when a Board-approved private occupational school ceases operations in Colorado. To request a transcript or an education verification, please complete and submit this Online Student Record Request form to the Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS). The DPOS transcript request or education verification fee is $20.00 (non-refundable) NOTE: if requesting more than one copy, an additional $5.00 fee per copy is required.
