We are a state agency and the official custodian of records. We do not work with a third-party delivery service nor do we mail hardcopies of transcripts as our office is working remotely. If you have any questions, please email Questions@dhe.state.co.us.
We do not maintain any high school records. To obtain high school records, contact your high school or local school district where the high school was located.
DPOS retrieves student transcripts when a Board-approved private occupational school ceases operations in Colorado. To request a transcript or an education verification, please complete and submit this Online Student Record Request form to the Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS). The DPOS transcript request fee is $20.00 (non-refundable) NOTE: if requesting more than one copy, an additional $5.00 fee per copy is required.
